Seyon is supporting an enterprise search for an AI engineering leader who can shape platform strategy, delivery standards, and production execution for applied AI programs.

This role is designed for candidates who can work across architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders while building AI capabilities that are secure, reliable, and measurable in production.

Lead the engineering direction for enterprise AI platforms, operationalize agentic workflows, and partner across product, data, security, and architecture teams.

Lead the strategy, design, and engineering execution for AI-enabled platforms and workflows used across enterprise teams.

The role emphasizes platform ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn AI experimentation into stable business capabilities.

Responsibilities
